Animate a travel route

Add your stops by searching for cities, and pick how you travel between each — plane, train, car, bike, boat, or on foot. Flights arc along a great circle; road legs follow real roads.

Your Google Timeline is parsed entirely in your browser — your location history is never uploaded, stored, or shared, and nothing persists once you close the tab.

Building a route uses standard map services to find places and draw roads (like any map app), but your uploaded Timeline never leaves your device.
